A Bank Helping People

Fresh off a stint from the studio, I was reorganized to a new product team to help Ally’s customers pay down debt. Inheriting this project from 3 previous designers, this product was struggling to get off the ground. Initially, I used my information architecture skills to help our business leaders and UX leaders understand the product we were trying to design. Designing an end-to-end experience, the team found level ground and will be delivering the MVP Q4 2022.
