Needle in a Hay Stack.

Advisors described it as looking for a needle in a haystack. It shouldn’t be so hard to find thought capital that Principal is trying to promote to their advisors.

We focused on human centered design and began our research at a local grocery store and a library. We were looking for venues with proven data delivery models that would help create a spark for our solution.

With some key insights established, we began the interview process with advisors. We targeted a variety of experience levels and further revised our ideas on delivering a solution. Our prototype evolved as we gathered more input.

The prototype was presented and approved as an on-going initiative.
